Data Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Epic System components, infrastructure, and architecture, with certifications in system administration.
• Administering user accounts, roles, and permissions within Epic.
• Monitoring system performance and health to ensure optimal operation.
• Implementing and maintaining data security measures compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Applying updates and patches to keep the Epic system current.
• Providing training and support to end-users for effective system use and troubleshooting.

Experience with Epic Systems migration to Azure Cloud includes:

• Planning and evaluation of migration tasks with Microsoft and Epic.
• Setting up Azure infrastructure, including VMs, storage, and networking.
• Migrating data with minimal downtime and ensuring data integrity.
• Conducting testing to validate system performance and security.
• Providing ongoing support during and after the transition.

Deliverables:

Analyzing data sets and providing relevant information to clients. Key performance metrics include automation levels, on-time delivery, CSAT scores, zero customer escalations, and data accuracy.

Compensation: Expected annual pay ranges from $45,000 to $110,000. The role is eligible for Wipros benefits, including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
