A small CPA office in Bensalem, PA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CPA Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience . This role supports daily office operations, client communications, and accounting-related administrative tasks. Ideal for someone comfortable working in a small, professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CPA and accounting staff
• Answer phones, manage emails, and greet clients professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
• Assist with QuickBooks tasks , including:
• • Entering transactions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping support
• Organize and maintain digital and paper client files
• Assist with tax season document intake, scanning, and tracking
• Prepare basic correspondence and reports
• Maintain office organization and supplies
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Experience in a CPA, tax, or accounting office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a small office environment
• Reliable transportation to Bensalem, PA
