About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction/Integration Project Manager to drive wireless/telecom construction and integration initiatives across the Dallas market. This role requires a strong command of field construction activities, vendor oversight, budget management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle construction and integration projects for wireless/telecom infrastructure.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, material planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure site readiness, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site issues with speed and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance during construction, installation, and integration phases.
• Maintain all necessary documentation including permits, reports, redlines, photos, and project closeout packages.
• Deliver consistent status updates and reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction or Integration Project Manager , preferably in telecom or wireless environments.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, integration activities, and project management processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and market resources.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to travel locally within the Dallas market.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Hands-on experience supporting 4G/5G wireless network deployments.
