What Youll Do: - Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, walk-ins, ice machines, and HVAC systems
- Service and repair hot-side kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, flat tops, and more
- Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of equipment
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Provide on-site repair quotes and collect customer payment info
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently
What You Bring: - 13 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R (required)
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen hot-side equipment (preferred)
- EPA Type II Certification (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clean driving record and valid Colorado Drivers License
- Dependability, professionalism, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and tight spaces

- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts + overtime/on-call options
