What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide technical support during the implant of the remed? System
Train hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers
Support therapy activation and titration for the remed? System
Collaborate with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process
Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field
Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably in the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry
Extensive implant support experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - IBHRE certification
