Job Description
The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for courteously answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing incoming referrals and verifying benefits. Prior experience in a physician office is beneficial for success as is familiarity with insurance plans and benefits. High school diploma or GED required. Must be comfortable working in a computerized environment.
