Job Description

Adventure Guides may be responsible for either working on attractions or guest services.This includes:Selling tickets,Food and beverage.Merchandise.Safe and efficient operation of all attractions.Ticket compliance.Snow removal. In addition, and under supervision, guides may perform light maintenance and cleaning, and periodic inspections. Guides may be assigned to any attraction or station, and/or rotate throughout an assigned shift. Guides are also responsible for area cleanliness. The guides will, typically, be the first contact guests have at the park. As such, they must actively welcome guests and happily handle guest service issues. As the primary point of guest contact, guides must provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be a great guide if:Consider yourself a people person with superior communications skills with all varying ages and demographics.Love working as a team and can be flexible as you help us grow our business.Can create an exceptional guest service experience.Takes pride in your work.Can maintain a clean and organized work environment with an emphasis on safety.Likes to have fun! Required QualificationsAt least 16 years of age.2 references.A Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one within 10 days of employment). Preferred Experience2-3 years of guest service experience, which could include recreation, retail, or food service.Computer skillsCash handling.Washington State MAST.Prior Guest.Seasonal positions run from November 20, 2025- January 5, 2026Salary range$19 - $20 per hour
