Primary responsibilities:

• Using the job jacket establishes cuts required to produce the job.
• Double check that sheets are in proper order and die and decal are properly aligned.
• Perform first piece inspection to make sure entire sheet is properly cut with no border problems and obtain Supervisor sign-off as required by procedures.
• Perform in-process quality checks of jobs as required by procedures.
• Keep count of completed product on each run to record numbers on the job jacket.
• At end of shift operator cleans area, equipment, performs daily maintenance and informs supervisor of

Qualifications :

• High school degree or general education (GED); three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand a job jacket.
• Ability to operate machinery in a safe manner.
• Ability to understand and work with measurements.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Skill to complete basic math skills; add, subtract, etc.
• Skill to apply common sense understanding to carry out verbal instructions.

Benefits

Positions include a full benefit package that includes medical, dental, paid time off and 401(k). Work shifts are Monday through Friday, eight hour shifts, with the opportunity for overtime when required to meet production demands.
